growth in new business development fosters a growing home business
segment in town.
Most blend easily with little
impact on neighbors.
Current Home Business regulations set limits on
square footage, parking, on-site storage, the size of signs.
In addition, the code requires a site plan review.
We have found
that many are unaware of the home business regulations.
We believe the current regulations are, for the
most, part adequate. They should be publicized to increase compliance.
